Accessibility Statement

INFORGE CONSULTING

Our approach to accessibility, current limitations and how to request support.

Published and last reviewed: 10 October 2026.

Our commitment to accessibility

InForge Consulting Limited wants people with different abilities and access needs to be able to use this website and enquire about our services. We aim to improve access in line with the principles of the Equality Act 2010, including considering reasonable adjustments.

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA as our improvement target. The website has known limitations and is not claimed to meet every requirement or to hold accessibility certification.

Improvements made

  • Desktop Services, Sectors and About menus support keyboard opening, submenu focus and Escape dismissal. Their expanded state is communicated to assistive technology.
  • Existing service and sector tabs have visible keyboard-focus indicators.
  • The Contact referral selector and Homepage industry selector have accessible names without changing the forms’ visible layout.
  • Related-article thumbnail links are named using their article titles.
  • The cookie-preference dialog supports opening focus, Escape dismissal and return focus.
  • Responsive corrections address previously identified text clipping and narrow-screen portfolio overflow.

Known limitations

Some text and button colour combinations do not meet the recommended contrast level. Some animated Hero, news and client-logo content does not provide a pause or stop control and does not fully respond to reduced-motion preferences. The fixed contact and social controls may overlap content on narrow screens.

The Contact telephone field currently uses a number input rather than a dedicated telephone input. This may make some valid telephone formats harder to enter. Other shared-template, heading, landmark or control-size issues may affect some pages. External portfolio previews have their own accessibility limitations.

These issues remain on our improvement list. Please email us if they prevent you from accessing information or making an enquiry; you can use email instead of a website form.

Requesting information or reporting a problem

Contact info@inforge.uk to request information in an accessible format, discuss an adjustment or report an accessibility problem. Tell us which page or task caused difficulty, what information you need and your preferred way of receiving it. You may include the browser or assistive technology used if helpful, but you do not need to disclose a diagnosis.

We will consider your request and discuss a practical way to help. Where a particular format cannot be provided, we will explain and consider an alternative with you.

Testing and continuing review

Our recent review combined automated checks with browser, keyboard and responsive testing. Representative components were checked at widths of 320, 390, 768, 820, 1024 and 1440 pixels. Automated checks cannot establish complete accessibility, and testing did not cover every assistive technology or user circumstance.

We seek to review accessibility as the website develops, check the effects of changes and prioritise barriers affecting essential access and enquiries. This statement will be updated when material improvements or limitations change.
